National Water Purification is well respected as a leading provider of water treatment technologies. Based in Bakersfield, California, we provide specialized water treatment solutions for a variety of problem applications and install full process systems, containerized or skid mounted, for hire or purchase.

We offer innovative solutions alongside a range of services developed to optimize the delivery of turnkey installations. Our services include hiring and operation of equipment, development of design concepts, laboratory trials, pilot trials, process engineering design, production control, commissioning, maintenance, optimisation, servicing, and provision of spare parts and consumables.

System Hire and Operation

We can provide full water treatment systems for hire to meet immediate requirements, along with operation services as necessary. We charge per unit of water treated and costs are based on various factors including the hire period, the incoming water quality, the purification requirement, and whether a power supply is provided. Clients that have an ongoing responsibility to provide adequate water treatment, decide to enter into long term service contracts with us comprising plant construction and operation.

The advantages of these contracts are that they can lead to an extremely efficient, economical and risk free form of treating problem water sources that is paid for over the long term.

Design Concepts

We will evaluate individual projects based on specific site conditions and requirements. Our detailed investigations are then used to produce preliminary design concepts for further discussion at the feasibility stage.

Laboratory Plants

We are able to arrange a variety of tests to characterize water sources using our in-house laboratory services or various specialized laboratories we have developed excellent working relationships with.

Pilot Plants

Our pilot systems, including a range of technologies such as reverse osmosis (RO) and continuous ion exchange, can be hired out for use on a variety of problem water and waste sources. Our experienced process engineers operate and optimize the pilot trials and use the results obtained to determine the systems required at your site.

Process Engineering Design

The information gathered through design concept development, laboratory and pilot scale tests is used to develop our process engineering designs. Advanced computer software packages are used to model process systems and develop computer aided designs.

Production Control

We are able to manufacture and assemble containerized and skid-mounted components in our US facility, and also undertake wet testing of process and control systems prior to despatch. This results in less time required on site for installation and commissioning activities.

Commissioning & Process Optimization

Our team of process engineers provide a friendly and professional on-site service which involves full process commissioning and optimization of our systems. Proving tests and ongoing performance trials are supervised as required by our qualified engineers.

Maintenance & Servicing

We are able to provide comprehensive maintenance schedules and servicing packages tailored to specific project requirements.  These can be included as part of rental agreements.

Spare Parts & Consumables

As part of our commitment to provide a clear solution to your water treatment problem, we can include spares and consumables within a rental agreement or we can provide a comprehensive price list of spare parts and consumables specifically required for your project.
